How long does an assessment take a candidate?

Depends on the battery — a profiling-only run is typically under 30 minutes; a full battery with skills and coding runs 60–90. Adaptive delivery keeps it as short as measurement allows.

Is proctoring mandatory?

No. Integrity tiers are configured per campaign — from none to full verification. Monitoring is always disclosed to candidates before they consent, and accessibility exemptions are built in.

Can we assess against our own role definitions?

Yes — that's the default. Role templates are built from your job descriptions, and every verdict is scored against them rather than a generic benchmark.

Where does our data live?

In your contracted region. Residency options are available for regulated industries, and retention and erasure follow your policy — see the security page for the details.

How fast can we start?
