What we collect on this site
If you request a demo we collect the details you submit — name, work email, company, hiring volume and your message — and use them only to arrange that conversation. We do not sell or share this information for advertising.
Assessment data
When employers run assessments on 5Profiler, the employer is the data controller and Future Proof processes candidate data on their instructions under a data-processing agreement. Candidates receive notice and consent language before any assessment begins, and proctoring evidence is retained only per the employer’s configured policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and India’s DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory window. Erasure requests are honoured across reports and evidence stores, with backups purged on rotation.
